Research in Cebu proves external intelligence.
The venue for the research because of its importance is being kept secret.
The research took place in Cebu at the same location over a three year period. During which trust was built up between us researchers and the suspected life forms we wished to communicate with.
The purpose was to try to establish is external intelligence of these suspected life forms actually existed or not, through the use verbal communication.
The same building was always used at the location, the same day of the week was also used, environmental controls were in place and all windows and doors were closed, the only thing that varied were the volunteers who took part.
